Our aim is to provide a fair refund policy that respects both your financial investment in our program and ours. Mirleft Cultural Cove requires a 40% deposit to hold your child/ren's space in the program. This deposit will be fully refundable up to 45 days before the first day of the hub you sign up for. If you cancel within the 45 days before your hub starts, 40% of the deposit will be held to cover administrative and material costs that we have already paid out. Once the hub starts, we will offer partial refunds in the following exceptional circumstances and with documentation. Serious illness or injury ​ Death in the immediate family Unforeseen travel restrictions Your child is unable to manage themselves at hub These refunds will be offered based on how many days your child attended, minus any already incurred expenses, including materials which were procured under the assumption your child would be participating in the full hub. We have invested considerable time and energy in creating and implementing this worldschool hub. We kindly ask families to respect our efforts by understanding that our refund policy is designed to be ethical yet fair. We expect that refunds will only be requested under genuinely exceptional circumstances. This approach ensures we can continue providing a high-quality experience for all participants.
